Who we are

GlobalizeWe Edge, Inc. operates globalizewe.com (the "Site"). We build governed agentic work infrastructure — GW Slate, Iris Meridian, and Receipt Rail — for enterprise teams. Our registered address is 111 N. Canal Street, Suite 100, Chicago, IL 60606.

Information we collect

Analytics (optional — requires your consent)

If you click Accept on our cookie banner, we activate Google Analytics 4 (Measurement ID: G-LEP9DWN0LY). This collects:

• Pages visited and time spent on each
• General geographic location (country/city — not precise)
• Device type, browser, and operating system
• How you arrived at the site (referrer)
• Anonymized session and interaction data

Analytics are disabled by default. If you click Decline, or close the banner without acting, no analytics cookies are set and no data is sent to Google Analytics.

Demo requests and contact forms

When you submit a demo request on this site, your browser opens a pre-filled email to GWSlate@GlobalizeWe.com. The form data is processed entirely by your email client — it is not posted to our servers or stored in a database by this site. Once sent, your email is retained in our standard business email system and used only to follow up on your request.

Consent preference

We store your cookie consent choice (accepted or declined) in your browser's localStorage under the key gw-consent. This value never leaves your device — it is not transmitted to us or any third party.

What we do not collect

• Account credentials — this site has no user accounts
• Payment or financial data — no transactions occur on this site
• Health, biometric, or government ID information
• Social media profile data
• Precise geolocation

How we use information

• Analytics: To understand which content is useful, how the site performs, and where to improve it. We do not use analytics data for advertising or sell it to third parties.
• Demo inquiries: To respond to your interest in GW Slate, Iris Meridian, Receipt Rail, and our sprint programs.
• Legal obligations: To comply with applicable law or respond to lawful requests from authorities.

Third-party services

Google Analytics 4 is the only third-party data processor active on this site, and only when analytics consent is given. Google's processing of analytics data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy. You can opt out globally using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

We do not use advertising networks, social media pixels, retargeting services, or any analytics service beyond the one listed above.

Your rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have the following rights regarding personal data we hold about you:

• Access: Request a copy of personal data we hold.
• Correction: Ask us to correct inaccurate data.
• Deletion: Ask us to delete your data where we have no overriding legal basis to retain it.
• Portability: Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Withdraw consent: Withdraw analytics consent at any time by clicking "Cookies" in the site footer and selecting Decline. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
• Opt out of sale (CCPA): We do not sell personal information. California residents have the right to confirm this and to request deletion of any personal data we hold.

Data retention

Analytics data is retained in Google Analytics for up to 14 months (the default retention setting). Demo inquiry emails are retained in our business email system for as long as the business relationship is active or as required by law. You may request deletion at any time.

Data transfers

GlobalizeWe Edge, Inc. is based in the United States. When analytics are active, data is transmitted to Google's servers, which may be located outside the EEA. Google's data processing addendum and Standard Contractual Clauses govern those transfers.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices change or as law requires. Material changes will be reflected in a new effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
