References to GW Slate, Iris Meridian, Receipt Rail, and other GlobalizeWe products and services on this Site are for informational and marketing purposes. They do not constitute an offer, binding commitment, or warranty of any kind. Product availability, features, pricing, and terms are subject to separate written agreements between you and GlobalizeWe.

We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any product or service at any time without notice.

4. Demo requests

Submitting a demo request through this Site does not create a contract, guarantee a response, or obligate GlobalizeWe to provide any product or service. We will follow up at our discretion.

10. Governing law and disputes

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
